Synopsis –

At Eimei Academy, where sports reign supreme, Taiki Inomata, a third-year junior high student, is determined to make his mark. Joining the high school badminton team, Taiki strives to excel, often arriving early for open practice. Yet, no matter how punctual he is, he always finds himself second in the gymnasium, just behind Chinatsu Kano, his crush.

Chinatsu, a first-year senior high student, shines as the rising star of the basketball team, casting a shadow over Taiki’s aspirations. Despite his decent skills on the badminton court, Taiki’s popularity pales in comparison to Chinatsu’s, leaving little hope for his feelings to be noticed. However, fate intervenes when Chinatsu unexpectedly becomes Taiki’s housemate.

Determined to bridge the gap between them, Taiki sets his sights on a common goal: reaching the Nationals. With unwavering resolve, he embarks on a journey of rigorous training, fueled by his desire to form a meaningful bond with Chinatsu and prove himself worthy of her attention.

As Taiki’s story unfolds, it becomes a testament to the power of determination and the pursuit of dreams against all odds. Will he overcome the challenges ahead and emerge victorious both on and off the court? Only time will tell in this tale of resilience and friendship at Eimei Academy.
