Disney Plus streams The First Slam Dunk Movie on 10th June in Southeast Asia

Breaking News: Disney Plus Social Media accounts in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and South Korea has announced, they will be streaming the movie of Slam Dunk franchise, “The First Slam Dunk” from 10th June.

The movie will be available to audiences Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea.

Synopsis:

“The First Slam Dunk” is an animated film adaptation of the popular manga series “Slam Dunk” by Takehiko Inoue. The film focuses on basketball and follows the story of the Shohoku High School basketball team as they strive for success in the national championships.

The story centers around Ryota Miyagi, the team’s point guard, who is dealing with personal struggles while trying to lead his team to victory. Ryota is a talented player but often overshadowed by his more charismatic teammates, including the hot-headed Hanamichi Sakuragi, the skilled small forward Kaede Rukawa, the reliable team captain Takenori Akagi, and the sharpshooter Hisashi Mitsui.
