โ Synopsis โ
This omnibus adolescent drama is about a group of young girls who all attend a โgirls-only musical schoolโ, recounting the formidable years they shared, at times shifting between different charactersโ viewpoints and time.
Awajima Musical School Training Camp, dubbed the โboarding houseโ, is where young girls gather from all over Japan to perform on stage: Tabata Wakana aspires to be a musical star; housemaster Takehara Kinue attends to carry on her best friendโs wishes; beautiful Okabe Emi is a scholarship student always at the center of attention; and Ibuki Katsurako who became a teacher at the school though originally from a family of actresses.
The unique environment of the musical school is simultaneously a respite space for these aspiring girls and also a harsh battleground that pits young students against each other. It is a place where perseverance can lead to blossoming talents, but also to a cruel reality at times. The clarity of depiction and psychological portrayal allows the subtle inner workings of each character to come through.

โ Synopsis โ
The scene: Shiromitsugawa, a run-of-the-mill college town that has launched several failed attempts to drum up tourism and revitalize itself, including sponsoring a high-budget-but-poorly-written anime based on local folklore. A storm is about to descend on this sleepy town.
Ordinary life is thrown into chaos after the local shrine’s sacred relic shatters. In the wake of this event, several young men and women awaken to superhuman abilities.
What was once a run-of-the-mill life in a run-of-the-mill town soon turns into a quest to track down a superpowered serial killer before they can strike again.
“SAKAMOTO DAYS” cour 2 begins on July 14 [Mon]! TMS Entertainment is animating the series.
In Japan, Netflix will stream episodes 2 onward one week early starting with a two-episode premiere on July 14 (the same situation as cour 1).
