Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are thrilled to reveal that the theatrical release of Solo Leveling -ReAwakening- in India has been moved up. The film, which was initially set for release on December 6, 2024, will now arrive in theaters on December 4, 2024.
Solo Leveling -ReAwakening- delivers an exceptional cinematic journey, offering fans a recap of the first season of the globally acclaimed Solo Leveling anime, along with an exclusive sneak peek at the first two episodes of the highly anticipated second season.
The popular Korean web novel Solo Leveling, written by Chugong, became a best-seller and was later adapted into a webtoon and manhwa in 2018, featuring illustrations by DUBU. The first season of its anime adaptation premiered worldwide on Crunchyroll on January 6, 2024, with the second season scheduled for release in January 2025.
Shunsuke Nakashige (Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory) directed the anime series at A-1 Pictures, and Noboru Kimura (Gundam Build Divers) served as the head writer. Tomoko Sudo (Alice in Borderland) designed the characters, and Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Kill la Kill) composed the music.
