Rudo’s journey continues in Gachiakuta Part 2! Follow the high-stakes adventures of Rudo and the Cleaners as Gachiakuta returns with part two this Sunday, October 12 at 8:30 p.m. IST only on Crunchyroll, with new episodes arriving each week. After he is mercilessly thrown into The Pit, Rudo embarks on a challenging quest back to the Sphere, meanwhile attempting to find out who framed him for a senseless act of violence.
In a newly revealed trailer, Rudo continues to encounter barbarous inhabitants of The Pit, keeping him from getting closer to the truth. Additionally, the Gachiakuta Anime Production Committee has confirmed that darling virtual artist Mori Calliope is the new opening artist for the wildly popular anime. A blend of grunge and punk rock, the original song, “LET’S JUST CRASH,” is inspired by the themes of the underground wasteland of Gachiakuta.
The breakout anime Gachiakuta is currently streaming only on Crunchyroll. Catch up before part two premieres on October 12! New episodes premiere weekly on Sundays at 8:30 p.m. IST.
About Gachiakuta
In a floating city where the rich discard their waste—and people—Rudo is framed for murder and thrown into the Pit, where a hellscape of mutated trash beasts dwell. To survive, he must wield a new power and join the Cleaners. Rudo doesn’t just aim to battle monsters, but the corrupt who cast him into Hell.
Directed by rising talent Fumihiko Suganuma, making his directorial debut, with series composition by Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan, Chainsaw Man, JUJUTSU KAISEN), and music by Taku Iwasaki (Bungo Stray Dogs), Gachiakuta blends shonen action with a distinct graffiti-infused art style.
