Synopsis:
Ooi Tonbo, was raised by her grandfather, Gonji Ooi, a fisherman on the island of Kagoshima in the Tokara Islands, after she lost both of her parents in a car accident when she was a little child. The three golf courses on the island were designed by the locals, and Tonbo learns the game while utilizing her father’s No. 3 iron.
Tonbo first encounters Kazuyoshi Igarashi, a former professional golfer who has traveled to Kagoshima in quest of employment, at the start of the story.
