After the unforgettable success of Anime Society attending Mumbai Comic Con 2025βled by none other than our Admin Chinmayβit was time to take things to the next level. And boy, did we deliver. Enter Waves India 2025 Summit, where history repeated itself, but with an even louder cheer. Our Co-Founder and Admin, Chinmay Kore, repping Anime Society in full Media Partner mode (yeah, thatβs right, Media Partner, baby), was officially invited by Doordarshan itself. Thatβs not just a feather in the capβthatβs the whole damn bird. On May 4th, 2025, Chinmay proudly marched into the legendary Waves 2025 Sumit, and what followed was nothing short of iconic.
And then⦠the gates opened. The Jio World Convention Center, Waves 2025 Summit India, which was a hub for technology, tourism, gaming, animation, and many things.
Admin Chinmay first visited Technology Hubs of Jio, which featured Jio TV+, Jio Hotstar, Jio Games, Jio Cloud and many Jio services.
Admin Chinmay, along with his brother, played racing games.
Admin also enjoyed his favorite channel, Home to the Best of anime, yes you guessed it correct. The legendary channel Animax.
After that, the Admin visited other DTH brands like Tata Play, Airtel DTH, SUN Direct, and Dish TV
After that, Admin Chinmay visited the legendary global OTT booths of Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Admin experienced VR on Netflix Booth and Prime Video Booth.
Anime Extravaganza:
It’s impossible for Anime Society admin Chinmay without anime, yet again at Jio World Convention Centre, Admin Chinmay attended Crunchyroll booth which showcased global hit animes like Kaiju No 8, Fire Force and upcoming Demon Slayer movie. Also, Crunchyroll announced upcoming Sony Pictures New anime based on Indian theme, Karna the Guardian.
Admin Chinmay also attended the Japan External Trade Organization and discussed potential partnerships for Anime Society X Japanese content, making Anime Society a premier destination for Japanese content.
Admin also attended beautiful YouTube Booth featuring AI technology, YouTube success and many more.
Cars Booth:
Admin Chinmay saw Mercedes, Tata EVS and was stunned by super car designs.
Gaming Booths:
The event was full fun of gamers. Admin Chinmay and his brother played a lot of games at X BOX booth, Play Station Booth, etc.
