What is GACHIAKUTA?
Crawl back from the abyss of Hell to change this lousy world!
Gachiakuta is a battle-action story that follows Rudo, an orphaned boy born in a slum inhabited by the descendants of criminals. The manga, created by manga artist Kei Urana and graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou, began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in February 2022. Gachiakuta also won the Global Special Award in the Comics Category at the Next Manga Awards 2022. While developing the concept for Gachiakuta, Urana thought that incorporating graffiti art would make it more interesting and enlisted the help of graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou.
The enemies are conformity, authority and discrimination! This buzz-worthy, groundbreaking manga has finally been confirmed for an anime adaptation premiering in July 2025! The production will be handled by the anime studio Bones Film (My Hero Academia: Vigilantes).
