Netflix revealed on Monday that it will begin streaming the anime adaptation of Uotoβs 100 Meters (Hyakuemu) manga β the creator also known for known for Orb: On the Movements of the Earth. The film will be available from December 31 with Japanese audio and English subtitles.

The movie originally debuted in Japan on September 19. Directed by Kenji Iwaisawa (ON-GAKU: Our Sound) and produced at the ROCKβN ROLL MOUNTAIN animation studio, Yasuyuki MutΕ (Tokyo Revengers) wrote the script, the film also features a musical score by Hiroaki Tsutsumi, whose notable works include Dr. STONE and Tokyo Revengers.
The theme song, titled βRashisaβ, is performed by the band Official HiGE DANdism, known for contributing opening themes to series like Blue Box, Tokyo Revengers and Spy x Family.
Synopsis :Β Togashi was born to run. As a kid, he is naturally gifted and wins every 100-meter race without effort. But in sixth grade, he meets Komiya, a transfer student who is full of determination but lacks technique. In teaching him, Togashi gives Komiya a new purpose: to win no matter what.
