The staff for the planned sequel work to Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya – Licht Nameless Girl (Gekijōban Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Licht – Namae no Nai Shōjo), the latest film in the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya franchise, announced on Monday the TV series’ title Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Finale. The staff also revealed a teaser visual and the 2027 release date. The series will be the final work in the franchise.

“Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya Finale” director Shin Onuma discussed how there were plans of making the anime into a theatrical film, but they opted to turn it into a TV series to see through it until the end.
They’ve been given the right amount of runtime to fully express the story while delivering the full charm of the original work.
Parts of the original manga will be expanded further under the supervision and cooperation of Hiroshi Hiroyama.
