“Ghost in the Shell” is getting a new Anime adaptation

Bandai Namco Filmworks announced on Saturday that Masamune Shirow‘s “Ghost in the Shell” is be getting a new anime adaptation “The Ghost in the Shell” which will be animated by Studio Science SARU. The anime is set to broadcast in 2026. Bandai Namco Filmworks, Kodansha, Science SARU, and Production I.G are on the production committee for the series.
